Over a decade ago, I owned a nightclub and two restaurants. In an effort to save operating costs, I began looking at my books with an even more discretionary eye. I quickly realized that there was a huge opportunity to help businesses like myself cut expenses involved with credit card processing.

I educated myself on the credit card business and realized that banks and other processors were charging exorbitant fees for their services. To make matters worse, their statements were often impossible to read and understand.

With these problems in mind, I started Efficient Processing. I began the company with three important goals. First, commitment to education. It is my aim to help other business owners better understand the unnecessary costs associated with credit card processing. Second, I believe in providing truly outstanding customer service. To do this, I provide each owner with an individualized customer care experience. Finally, highly competitive pricing.

Efficient Processing has now grown into a team dedicated to helping business owners improve their processes, save money, and integrate some of the best technology into their business model. Efficient Processing now offers not only credit card processing solutions but also payment gateways, shopping carts, POS systems, credit card machines, ACH payments, and virtual terminals.
